Developing a Brief, Repeatable, and Web-based Assessment of Cognitive Status for Patients with Obstructive Hydrocephalus.
Dr. Catherine Stephan is a clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor at the Center for Neuropsychological and Psychological Assessment at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Her study aims to explore whether a repeatable, at-home, telemedicine-based neuropsychological test could help track cognition in adults with obstructive hydrocephalus. This study hopes to be a steppingstone towards the development of a more effective, scalable approach to clinician- and self-assessment based cognitive monitoring of individuals with obstructive hydrocephalus.
