Timothy J. Harris

Timothy J. Harris is a litigation attorney with over thirty-five years of experience, representing utility companies, insurance companies, municipalities, transportation companies, construction companies, manufacturers, and service providers in civil matters. For the past twenty years, Tim has practiced extensively within the natural gas industry representing the two largest providers in northern Illinois.

Tim graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.A. 1984) and DePaul University College of Law (J.D. 1988). Tim is a founding partner of Donnelly & Harris, LLC which has offices in Chicago and Mokena, Illinois.

Tim and his wife, Mary Beth, have four adult sons and four grandchildren. Their youngest son, Joseph, has hydrocephalus and had his first shunt surgery at three days old and numerous neurosurgeries during grade school. Joseph, who studied biomedical sciences at Marquette University, is now in his third year of medical school at Medical College of Wisconsin.
