Andrea Crossland
Andrea plays a crucial role as the Donor Relations Manager at the Hydrocephalus Association, contributing significantly to the organization’s fundraising success. Her responsibilities include providing administrative and specialized support to aid in revenue growth through prospect research and data management, as well as fostering strong donor relationships.
Andrea boasts over two decades of experience in non-profit roles and holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton. Her journey in philanthropy began with an internship at the Cleveland Pops Orchestra, which sparked her passion for the field. She went on to work for the Sisters of the Humility of Mary, Saint Ignatius High School, and Padua Franciscan High School in various philanthropic roles.
Living in Greater Cleveland, Ohio, Andrea resides with her husband and two children, drawing inspiration for her work from her family’s history. Her grandparents and mother were sponsored by Catholic Charities in the 1940s to immigrate to America after surviving a refugee camp post-World War II. Andrea continues to honor this legacy by paying it forward through her dedicated work in the non-profit sector.
