\nEligibility<\/b>: Babies born prematurely after 22 weeks and before 32 weeks gestation and that are less than 21 days old. These babies have had a severe brain bleed seen on head ultrasound that was done within the past 18 days. For this clinical trial, a significant bleed is defined as at least a grade II IVH on at least one side of the brain.
