The Hydrocephalus Association supports two hydrocephalus clinical research networks, the Hydrocephalus Clinical Research Network (HCRN)<\/strong><\/a> which focuses on pediatric research, and the Adult Hydrocephalus Clinical Research Network (AHCRN)<\/strong><\/a> which focuses on adult research.<\/p>\n

Collectively, these programs cover a broad spectrum of research, including the exploration of new causes of hydrocephalus, the evaluation of innovative treatments, the enhancement of current therapies, and the advancement of long-term outcomes and quality of life.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"HCRN\"\n

\n\t\tHydrocephalus Clinical Research
Network (HCRN)\n\t<\/h3>\n\tHCRN is a network of fourteen leading children’s hospitals that conduct field-changing, multi-center clinical research on hydrocephalus. \n\t\tAdult Hydrocephalus Clinical Research Network (AHCRN)\n\t<\/h3>\n\t

AHCRN is a network of hospitals that conduct clinical research on hydrocephalus to improve treatment for the adult forms of hydrocephalus, including transitional patients who were diagnosed as children, those who acquire hydrocephalus as adults, and patients with normal pressure hydrocephalus.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLearn More\n\t\t<\/a>\n\n\r\n
